Before and After - Photoshop Tuesday
Ok so here's the start of Photoshop Tuesdays!
I hope to show what goes into a photograph from when it is taken by the photographer, through to the finished product.
Here we have the straight out of camera shot by Jen Eustace, she's kindly let me use this image as an example.
Next I've taken the image into CaptureOne and adjusted the RAW file ready for exporting in to Photoshop.
As no model has perfect skin, using the Heal and Stamp tool I've removed blemishes and spots.
Next I run my Dodge and Burn Action, this creates a couple of layers which allow me to use a non-distructive Dodge and Burn on the image. I start by dodging.
After the dodging, I burn the image to create more depth.
Next enhancing areas of the image with correction layers.
Adding a Curves layer to create contrast.
Finally a non-distructive sharpening.
After all that work, this is what my layers palette looks like.
Next week something a little more dramatic..
