Project 365 Sunday update but on a Monday #5
Wow and I thought last week was crazy! I only just managed to find the time to get some of these shots. I wasn't able to blog this last night as I was busy shooting Canford Schools choir and orchestra, and before that was at The Southern Strobist Meet shooting, so the time I got back and backed up the shots from the day I was beat..
Shooting through a Telescope with a DSLR is not a fun thing to do I found out on Day 32. You can get adaptors for them, but as I am only borrowing the telescope, I don't want to outlay that kind of money just for a couple of shots of the moon. So I just put my Sigma 28mm 1.8 on my camera and did the best I could. I was hoping for more time, but the sky quickly filled with clouds and this is the clearest shot I could manage.
Time this week has not been my friend and I've found my self with less time to actually shoot than I would have liked. So Day 33 is of my Laptop with all the CF cards that have been backed up and are waiting formatting in my camera.
Another shot from my parents garden for Day 34, Not sure how the side of the pot cracked, but its pretty interesting seeing how the roots have grown inside.
Windows 7 start up screen is the subject for Day 35. I've had so many headaches with WiFi on this OS, I'm not sure why Microsoft insists on changing stuff that works perfectly well in a previous OS. I have now hopefully seen the back of any troubles after a long trouble shooting session.
Friday I hooked up with Julie Arthur another photographer in my area. We hit Bournemouth square and surrounding area for a spot of candid photography. Day 36 is this unaware young lady walking through enjoying the rare sight that is the sun in these winter climes. I particularly like her Star Wars t-shirt.
Having shot the previous night at Mr Kyps. I decided to go hang out at Champions with Dan Renton from Dorset Rock Online. We took in some of the bands playing in this years battle of the bands. And we also bumpped into many performers who we knew. So Day 37 is Dan from The Other Half and Dan from Dorset Rock Online.
Day 38 Southern Strobist Meet. Photographers outnumbered the models - so was 2-3 Photographers per model, some hogged their model, others were good enough to share. This is MayBeth she teaches Dance and enjoys amateur modelling.
