Britain's Got Talent - Tour play at the BIC - Event Coverage for the Bournemouth Echo by Event Photographer Robert Whetton

Yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from the Deputy Head of Features at The Daily Echo asking if I would cover the Britain's Got Talent event at the BIC. I agreed and he sent through what I would be covering. Just 2 acts.. Arriving I introduced myself and thought I'd be photographing in the usual way, in the pit. But there wasn't a pit, this would be a seated affair. So I was back at the sound desk using 400mm of reach!
